With over 25 years of teaching and professional dance experience, I offer a unique approach to Pilates and Barre, focused on finding a balance between strength and flexibility by integrating my experiences with dance and yoga. I hope to assist in an improved overall sense of wellness that can be carried from the studio into everyday life.
