Drawing on my 25 years of teaching experience and professional dance background, I offer a unique approach to Pilates and Barre. My classes focus on finding a balance between strength and flexibility, integrating my experience of dance and yoga. My aim is to help you achieve an improved overall sense of wellness that you can carry with you from the studio into everyday life.
All group classes are taught in English.
Live streaming is available for Pilates Mat and Deep Stretch, so you can practise even when you can't make it to the studio!
